Packaging Act
Return of packaging (Section 15 (1) sentence 5 of the Packaging Act):
The packaging of the products supplied by AURORA will be taken back at all locations in order to fulfill the requirements of the Packaging Act. The costs for the return transportation or other disposal of the packaging will not be borne.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible under ordinary law (pursuant to para. 7, clause 1 of the TMG) for the content of these web pages. Pursuant to paras. 8 to 10 of the TMG, we’re not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored information, nor to ascertain illegal activities according to circumstances.
The obligation to remove or block the use of information pursuant to general regulations remains unaffected by these conditions. Any liability in this respect is however only possible from the moment of actual notice of a specific infringement. In the event that corresponding legal infringements are made known, we will immediately remove this content.
